We have stocked many different nougat in the past, all based on customer demand. But now our main nougat is the superb Italian handmade soft nougat, because our customers love it and demand nothing else but this wonderful gourmet product. Using only the finest ingredients including hazelnuts and almonds all mixed with egg white, sugar and lashings of wonderful honey, all carefully baked in a tradition going back generations, makes this softest highest quality nougat we have ever tasted. It is all handmade, and baked in the form of a large round cake, then hand cut and each slice is then interleaved for ease of serving. Simply fabulous........!!
