Soft Italian Nougat (All Nuts)

Quaranta is one of the finest Nougat makers in Italy. Based in Caravaggio just North East of Milan the company has been making and perfecting Nougat since 1924. The All Nuts Nougat contains Almonds, Hazelnuts and Walnuts and of course egg whites, honey and sugar. The Nougat is made in the shape of a large cake then cut and interleaved to make the individual pieces.
