Soft Italian Nougat (Biscotti)

Rivoltini is one of the finest Nougat makers in Italy. Based in Vescovato Cremona the company has been making and perfecting Nougat since the 1930s. The Biscotti Nougat contains Hazelnuts  and of course egg whites, honey and sugar, a biscotti cream running through it and pieces of Biscotti. The Nougat is made in the shape of a large cake then cut and interleaved to make the individual pieces.
