Valentino Panettone with Raisins and Forest Fruits 1kg (Naturally Leavened Italian speciality cake).  A little too soft for shipping!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, eggs, raisins, sugar, butter, fruit of the forest 10% (redcurrants, blackcurrants, strawberries), glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate), natural yeast (gluten), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, soy lecithin, salt, flavours, preservative: potassium sorbate.

May contain traces of nuts and mustard.
