Nougat
Top quality soft Italian nougat, Belgian nougat and don't forget the Nougatti bar, a firm favourite for many people! High quality nougat should contain egg white, honey, sugar and plenty of good quality nuts (usually almonds and or hazelnuts). Textures can range from soft to lightly chewy, a firm chew and a more brittle biscuity snap! All this has been enjoyed as a way of life in Europe.
