This Fig and Almond Cake is handcrafted with specially selected Spanish Pajarero figs from Extremadura and almonds from Valencia. Spanish figs are prized for their natural honey sweetness, delicate skin and smooth texture.
You can enjoy this fig and almond cake with cheese, foie gras, add it to salads, quinoa and muesli or just eat it as is.
