A seriously good praline all surrounded by white chocolate in the shape of a Bruges Swan. This chocolate is very famous in Bruges and the recipe is a secret too. This is made by one of Belgium's very finest makers and is not as sweet as you would imagine a white praline to be. Sheer quality all round!
Ingredients: Sugar, hazelnuts, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, vanilla, soya lecithin
May also contain traces of other nuts, gluten and eggs
