This almond and cherry tea cake is inspired by Maraschino, that has for centuries been produced in the city of Zadar in Croatia, prepared with cherries.

Filling Ingredients: cherry jam (25%): Glucose-fructose syrup, 40% cherry puree, sugar, red fruit puree (4% elderberry), gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: sorbate potassium, flavours.
