Valentino Panettone with Dark Chocolate Chips and Amaretto Cream 1kg (Naturally Leavened Italian speciality cake).  A little too soft for shipping!

Ingredients: Wheat flour, eggs, dark chocolate chips 20% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavours), sugar, butter, natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soy lecithin, salt, flavours, Preservative: potassium sorbate. Amaretto cream filling ingredients (20%): Glucose syrup, water, sugar, vegetable fats of palm, vegetable oil (coconut, mono diglycerides of fatty acids), Amaretto 9%, skimmed milk powder, Stabilisers: microcrystalline cellulose and carboxymethylcellulose, flavours, salt, Preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulators: citric and potassium citrate.

May contain traces of nuts and mustard.
